Vegetarian “Beef” Stroganoff
(Salad with tomatoes and pear slices)

1 package Imitation beef strips
1 large onion, sliced
10 oz mushroom, sliced
garlic
16 oz marinara sauce or tomato sauce
Sour cream
Parsley

Sauté the onion until golden, then add the garlic and the mushroom. Sauté about 5 minutes longer.
Add the “beef” strips, the marinara sauce and chopped parsley and let simmer about 10 minutes.
Add sour cream before serving.
Serve with French fries or with rice.
